Infuriating. Banned for being hacked

I had an email from Activision telling me a Battle net account had been linked to my Activision account. I tried to unlink several times but got an "error: please refresh and try again" message. Went on holiday. Three days later I get home, try to jump in to Verdansk but I've been permanently banned.

Went on my Activision account and my Activision ID has been changed to LomazTheCheatFB. Clearly this toss pot has hacked my account and gotten himself banned by cheating

I explain all this to Activision in the appeals form and they're response is "As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned."

So that's the end of me. Permanently banned from Warzone and MW(a game I payed £50 for) with no way to appeal.

I'm just left gutted and frustrated

So I've been playing only rebirth for months now and I'd just like to get the opinions of my fellow rebirth players. I genuinely enjoy rebirth but lately it's been a pretty rough for me. I've ran into more hackers on rebirth in the last two weeks than I had in the entirely of rebirth life span. Lately of I've been having the least fun I've ever had on rebirth.
