Posted: 17 Dec 2020 04:30 AM PST But I really wish we could have seen the addition of invisible juggernauts. The fact that were missing this just shows how IW is not in touch with their community. [link] [comments]

Anyone else hate the new in-game colour scheme? Posted: 17 Dec 2020 08:13 AM PST Everything is varying shades of grey. If I am trying to buy something from the buy station mid game I can't even tell what's available anymore because everything is grey. Even the game menus everything is grey and it makes it look like those modes are unavailable. Might be a bit nitpicky and ultimately comparatively unimportant but it was very annoying. I don’t want to be dramatic but they have killed their own game. Posted: 17 Dec 2020 03:46 AM PST Im on mobile so apologies for the formatting. The integration of Cold War to warzone I believe is the worst mistake they've made. The guns look, feel and play awful and they do not match the aesthetic at all. We now have duplicate guns (mp5, RPG, Aug, ak, etc) with different stats and exclusive attachments that are not compatible or comparable to the mw gunsmith that's been the WZ staple. This isn't even the worst point really. The bugs, exploits, glitches, we've had so many since launch that with each update a new problem arises. Hackers and cheaters are still rampant. This should have been the first priority before ANYTHING ELSE. period. Even with all these bugs, and long fix times (we had multiple jugs for weeks) warzone has endured and we have as players adapted or accepted so we can continue to enjoy the game as best we can... But these CW gun changes have easily felt the worst for me personally. I honestly don't see the game improving from this. The snappy zoom sniper scopes, suppressors, sights, cartoon looking guns and even the Reticles introduced exclusively to CW guns makes it very apparent while playing that these are now 2 different games mashed into one purely to sell more copies of CW and WZ has lost its way because of this greed. I hope I'm wrong and this is more of a knee jerk reaction that will settle but I can't see it currently. Sorry for the rant. [link] [comments]

They should have never tried to integrate Cold War this way. Posted: 17 Dec 2020 09:24 AM PST Warzone and Modern Warfare should have stayed connected as they fit so beautifully together. Cold War is the red-headed step child just trying to leach off the success of the masterclass games MW and WZ. The immersion of the beautiful guns from MW are going to be overshadowed by the 30 plastic, stiff, lifeless weapons that just got copy/pasted into the game without any love or care into their implementation. To have these guns smashed into the game without that same attention to detail that we have become accustomed to, is jarring and sad. They feel like they are from the wrong game and just slapped into Warzone. The fact that we have multiple versions of the same guns is also ridiculous. My suggestion on how to fix this is remove all of the Cold War guns right away. Try again with the following steps. How this all should have been implemented was a slow burn through battle pass and mid season changes just like they had already been doing. Change all of the themes to Cold War and add all the operators sure, but keep all the Warzone systems the exact same. Keep the gunsmith unchanged and all of that. No more little logos separating which gun is from which game. Let Warzone be Warzone and then just slowly add weapons from the Cold War era. No "integration." Just theme the next few seasons based off Cold War cosmetics and add a few guns at a time that we don't have. Also, actually build them from the ground up so they look like they even belong in this game. No copy/paste BS. These stupid guns look even worse when they are right next to the masterclass of design and animation that is Modern Warfare weapons. TLDR; add non-duplicate Cold War guns slowly (3-4 per season to match the previous pace already set) so they are built properly in the Warzone engine. Then just use Seasons/Battle Passes to set the Cold War setting and theme. We could still get Cold War characters and clothing, vehicles and skins, weapons and weapon designs, watches and charms, etc... It would just have been implemented in a way that didn't Frankenstein two completely different games together, creating a truly disastrous steaming pile of dog crap. TLDR #2; this implementation blows and they are gonna murder my baby if they don't revert this and go back to the drawing board. edit: spelling [link] [comments]
