• Please add console only crossplay. I’m on Xbox and just ran into my 8th set of hackers in the past 2 days.

• Of all the differences in settings between pc and console, this is by far the biggest imo

If I'm with them I just throw the game and watch them rack up +20 plus kills like it's nothing. And they're always like a level 40 and destroying squads w just their pistol. I guess I should just start throwing games so SBMM will stop putting me with computer players so I can actually play a FAIR game? I'm surprised not many people have complained about it, considering how much it impacts the gameplay especially at the final circles. So apart from the already annoying gas mask mechanic, the sounds being all around broken and the vehicles collision being crazy, the gas itself rendering has this "cool looking moving effect" that simulates the wind changing the gas density, but, in fact, puts players under a massive RNG. How? Because, first it causes the view range around the circles to be heavily affected at random (just check the screens for reference: https://imgur.com/a/XwZuR3N ) and second, the worst thing, is that it is entirely client sided! And as such, every player will see it at a different stage! The result is that while you are in the "low visibility" part of the animation sequence, your opponent may instead be in the "high visibility" part of it and easily shot you down while you can't even see the building he is in. submitted by /u/XRey360 [link] [comments]
