    I am frequently running into multiple issues:

    • enemy footsteps are silent when dead silence isn't active

    • my footsteps on enemy killcams are ridiculously loud

    • I am always being killed by headshots

    • enemies always seem to know where I am and will sprint over an open plain to hunt me down and kill me (where the hell are the other players in the game? How can you just sprint out in the open so safely?)

    • hit detection off for my bullets (watching footage back shows me firing first, crosshairs always on enemy, yet they start firing after I start and kill me what seems like instantly)

    • somebody one-shot me with a Krig from distance when I had two plates on (???)

    I have a lot of footage that I need to extract clips from but I wanted to check if there are any know issues first.

    I'll say it again, Stun grenades NEED to be put in check

    Stun grenades are more lethal than any nade classed as "lethal". EOD nicely counters anything but a direct stick from any option in the lethal category. Stun grenades, described as a tactical grenade are a death sentence if you're pushed by any half competent player, and it does not have a counter, outside of battle hardened which nobody uses because of its ineffectiveness, and trophy systems which are hugely situational and depend on you already having one down in your close proximity.

    Stuns fix you in place, almost completely remove your ability to aim, distort your vision, impair your hearing, even remove your weapons electronic reticle as if its an emp, just incase aiming wasn't already almost impossible. These effect last for around 5 seconds, enough to die 10 times over. In other words, 5 seconds in this game is a lifetime. A successful hit with a stun grenade is a free kill for the aggressor, and a quick trip to the lobby for the victim - in a one life game mode where matches can be more than 20 minute investments. Even if you're on controller and have aim assist, anyone with half a brain isn't pushing your pre-aimed angle, and even if they do you're a fixed target while they have free movement.

    I'm not saying stun grenades, like any Tac slot item shouldn't provide the upper hand for the user, but nothing in this game should have the ability to almost entirely prevent your opponent from fighting back, especially for as long as it does. Even the heartbeat sensor which so many players hate at least has a perfect perk counter, not to mention does zero to stop your opponent outplaying you.

    Unpopular as this opinion may be with some of you, if you still say stuns are fair and balanced, in contrary to what almost every streamer, and every pro player who play this game for a living think, you're delusional, and/or are one of the players who depend on them.

    Four games in a row. Four games with blatant aimbot cheaters. As a player with over 500 hours in this game, I can't do it anymore.

    Just as the title says, I played 5 solo games today and 4 of them had aimbot cheaters. In two of the matches I actually managed to make it to the top 10, so each of those matches ended up being 30 minutes of my time wasted. I have played this game for over a year now and I honestly and truly loved it for most of its life. Even when people were complaining over weapon balancing, visual issues, etc., I still had a ton of fun just messing around in the game. This sub in particular likes to complain no matter what state the game is in, but now there really is no debate - this game is dead. Every youtuber/streamer/whatever has said it, this game is too far gone. The developers of this game had OVER A YEAR to make an anticheat. The best they could come up with was a few ban waves. Yeah, that'll really show them when the game is FREE TO PLAY. Some of the cheaters I was killed by were over level 200! Those ban waves sure are catching all of them, aren't they? The most I can even do as a player is block the cheater that killed me. I can't even tell you the amount of times I've loaded up into a lobby just to see a message saying "A player on your blocklist is in this lobby, do you want to leave?"

    Is this game's playerbase gone? No. Will you find a quick lobby with 150 other people? Yes. In that sense, no the game is not dead. But the issue comes from the chance of finding a cheater in any lobby you get in to. From my games today, 80% chance of a cheater. And say you do manage to get into a game that doesn't have a cheater. We've all been conditioned to suspect anything even remotely off. The credibility of this game is down the drain. Some dude killed me as I was coming around a corner? Wallhacks. Some guy got a clean snipe on me? Aimbot. It doesn't matter how they killed us, we've all been conditioned from being killed by cheaters over and over to just assume they had to have cheats. Everything in this game is suspect now.

    There have been rumors about an anticheat coming with season 5. I don't have much hope, because if you look back there have been "rumors" about an anticheat since the game launched. Activision does not care about an anticheat. They know that the cost of them coding, implementing, and maintaining an anticheat is more expensive than just letting their game die off. So they funnel their resources into super cool cosmetics, like sticking a gecko on the side of a gun, which they know people will buy, and they will milk that until the playerbase hits 0. We'll see what happens to this game when battlefield comes out. My guess? Nothing will change.
